Description
I just listened to this album for the first time since I bought and stored it away. It sounds brand new, as I expected it would. However, what mystifies me are the labels, especially on Side One. It looks as if it's been marred by spindle marks. I took pictures of both labels so you can see what I mean. I don't recall where I bought the album, but it apparently wasn't sealed or in shrink wrap (or else I would have left it that way). Was a former owner so careless about spindle marks but so careful about the vinyl? It doesn't make sense. Because of the labels, I graded the vinyl NM with an asterisk. I've certainly never done that before! The sleeve does have the remnant of what was apparently a price tag at upper right (see photo), but it's so faint you have to tilt the sleeve in the right light to see it. The sleeve is flimsy (typically European) and has a couple of small bends (again, see photos). ... Please search "caseoftheblues" for my other eBay listings of vintage vinyl. Thanks for looking!
LP will be removed from cover, placed in archival inner and outer sleeves and packed in secure mailer with cardboard inserts.
