Cover : Ex+  Small tear on top left edge (see pics), light stains on insert. Otherwise very clean condition.

Vinyl : M-  NO hairlines or scuffs visible, NM! TOP!



Grading is basically by visual inspection, but being a long-time record collector, I've gotten pretty good at it.
I will mention honestly if I play graded, which I do if it seems necessary.
