Description

Hello, you are viewing a very special Richard Petty LP record.  It is entitled, "I've never been scared in a race car" and "The roaring sound of NASCAR".  It is apparently a rare record.  It has been in the family collection since the 70's.  It has been played maybe 2 to 3 times over the last 40 or so years.  The record itself is in very good + condition with only some minor, light scuffs to the vinyl.  It looks to mostly be from taking it in and out of the record jacket and possibly from rubbing up to another record at some point.  The vinyl is shiny and bright.  I played a few minutes of each side at various points on a high quality turntable and cartridge and the sound is very clean and clear.  I did not detect popping or crackling.  It was very quiet.  It would be very suitable to make a CD copy from for additional listening.  The record jacket is in near mint condition, as the plastic sleeve is still intact and covers approximately 90% of the jacket.  If you have any other questions, please let me know.  Thank you.
