• Title:

TRUELOVE'S GUTTER

• Artist:

RICHARD HAWLEY

• Description:

Rare 2009 UK Mute Records Deluxe Edition 8-track 2-LP set pressed on 180gram Virgin Vinyl - Recorded in Hawley's hometown of Sheffield at Yellow Arch studios, Truelove's Gutter' is a testament to his intoxicating song writing talents with eight new classic compositions. The lush but minimal production provides a haunting backdrop to Hawley's unique voice and allows him plenty of space for some outstandingly beautiful guitar solos. Thematically his darkest work to date, 'Truelove's Gutter' explores the idea of people or things that are broken in some way, and the fractured and damaged times in which we live, to which Hawley's lyrics give profound attestation. Includes the download only single, 'For Your Lover Give Some Time'. Presented in a sealed & stickered gatefold sleeve complete with a Bonus 8-track CD containing the entire album plus an exclusive, signed artwork print!         ** Limited to 1000 copies **.
