Description

The PROMOTIONAL DJ COPY/NOT FOR SALE sticker on the cover reads Monaural, but the sleeve reads Stereo 1904. The record is certainly a First Press as the Atlantic Label shows only the record number 1604. Richard Evans is great on his first Atlantic recording of R&B/Soul/Funk/jazz/fusion titled DEALING WITH HARD TIMES. On Atlantic 1604, MONO, 1972, PROMO. TITLES TO SONGS ARE ON THE BACK AS WELL AS SHORT LINES NOTES. The record is VG+ with minor corner, edge, ring and paper wear, with a big 12" seam split at top. On back at right is a 6" crease near top right corner. Growing up and playing in Chicago has made Mr. Evans an extraordinary song stylist. The white label record is a VG++
