Collectors repress of cinematic 1978 Proto-Electro/Techno/Synth-Pop-Electronic gem by Cybotron founder (black vinyl issue / one copy per customer)
The history behind "Methane Sea" lies deeply shrouded within the electronic fog that is just as mysterious as the recording and the man himself. Richard Davis started his musical career in his bedroom locked away for 6 months intensively writing down synth patches for his Arp Axxe. This 12" record was cut to a lacquer straight from the original 1978 master tapes with no digital mastering in between. 100% analog. Pressed in the United States.
