Description

This album was released on the Parlophone label (PCS7009) in 1966. It is the first stereo pressing on heavy quality vinyl with Matrix Numbers YEX605-1 and YEX606-1. I bought the album shortly after its release and have looked after it well. It has always been stored vertically alongside other albums in a record cabinet.

The condition of the vinyl is excellent and it plays very well with no skipping or jumping. There seems to be hardly any surface noise or sound deterioration after all these years.

The front cover is laminated and in excellent condition. There are no creases at all in the lamination and no wear at the opening edge. There is just the tiniest of marks on the bottom edge, just below the 'O' in Revolver which can just be seen in the photo. It is where the lamination has worn very slightly on the bottom edge at this spot. The back cover, which is not laminated, is likewise in excellent condition and is unmarked apart from two parallel very slight vertical wear lines in the central section. The writing on the spine is clearly legible and the lamination along it is unbroken apart from about 2 cm on one edge where it has a slight crack due to age and the angle of the folded edge. The covers are printed on heavy weight card by Garrod and Lofthouse Ltd.

The album comes with its original  inner sleeve. It is in good condition with no folds, splits or tears.

I am willing to post abroad. Please contact me for postage costs.
