Conditions : front cover shows a small tear in the middle of the right side repaired not too well with adhesive paper put from the inside. Besides the entire top edge has been taped and finally there is a moderate ring wear, please look at the two scans, VG++ / disc has a few light scuffs which do not affect play at all, NEAR MINT
