Please before you read the description of the auction,please read the following and if you do not agree please do not bid.Im sorry about this but due to a certain Italian man who thinks he is going to try and fool me i have no choice,i got over 125 positive and happy feedbacks and have had a wonderful experiance with everyone i have had dealings with.Except this fool so now i have to put these rules down:
1:I offer a full 7 day money back on all of my ads.Only if the item is not as described,not because you thought you thought you had the item sold to find when it was delivered from me they did not want it or any other reasons APART from the item is not as described.Sorry but iam not wasting time and money listing items for that to happen.Then i DO NOT pay any refunds until the item is returned to me by recorded/reg delivery(this is ebays policies that i have to adhere to to be fully covered) where i can check that they are indeed my items that were sent and not been exchanged for another item the same that was not sent by me and swopped.Every item i send depending on what it is has a minute security mark on it,that is very easy to remove and does no damage to the item at all.That way both me and the buyer are fully satisfied with the deal.Please once you remove this you are accepting the item and i will NOT refund in any circumstance.Finally i will only refund the sale price i do not refund any postage.
2:I do not take e cheques lifes too short for that!i will take any other form of payment including paypal up to £100, if its more you need to contact me first prior to paying by paypal.
3:I do not sell to anyone from Nigeria or China.Buyers from Italy must pay by paypal or bank transfer(on agreement prior to auction closing)No cash recorded,im sorry but the Italian postal system is a sham.
4:I post all items at actual cost,if its more than 50p over the quoted price i will refund,i only charge actual cost plus 50p for strengthened mailers.Also i post everything with a signature required on delivery and insurance there are no exceptions to this at all.
5:I live in the exmoor hills and due to excessive work over load i only post twice weekly on Monday and Thursday.
REM Murmur.MFSL MFSL 1-231 Factory sealed 12" lp.REM Murmur:Voted the 92nd best album ever and what a classic,not only that Factory sealed as well,produced by the mobile fidelity sound labs in Japan and whether we like it or not they are simply the best in the world and until you hear this version you really have not heard the album proper its simply like having them in your front room!.Dont get many chances to buy these especially in the uk where you get no import charges!just delivered to your door next day by 1!!i do not really sell these just buy them but heres a chance to grab a piece of history and what an album to do it with.So do not snooze or you will lose!!Please note this is mobile fidelity sealed once you open it you are accepting it,i do not refund sealed lps opened.
I grade all my records and cds as in record collector(the bible)if you require these gradings or track listings of the lps please email me and i will send them to you.Thanks for looking and good luck should you decide to bid
