This is a Flexi Disc not vinyl. And came with a mag called Bucketful Of Brains no. 11 in UK only. Guess is early 80's. And yes this is The REM doing a sick version of the Archie Bell & Drells Tighten Up. Hard drums and surprisingly loud press for a flexi that plays @ 33RPM!
