R.E.M. NO. 5 Document- Original 1987 12" Vinyl LP I.R.S. Records, Catalog IRS-42059

Condition on everything appears at least VG+ to Excellent. Back cover of outer sleeve shows the slightest hints of ring wear at top, so I'd call it VG+. Vinyl appears very very nice and shiny like, perhaps Excellent. Inner sleeve has a couple of light folds but is mostly crisp and flat.
I take pride in my packing and all shipments are securely protected. I follow the packing standards favored by most record sellers: Record will be placed in a new paper sleeve and removed from outer sleeve. Original inner sleeve will remain in the original outer sleeve. Everything will be inserted into a clear polybag (This step is to prevent seam splits to the original sleeves as the record may shift during shipping). Everything will then be snugly sandwiched between two corrugated cardboard inserts and packed into an LP mailer. Finally the mailer will be packed in a padded box for extra protection in shipping given the rarity and value of the album, just to take no chances.
