Thanks for checking this out!  I'm a long-time recordcollector and, after much hand-wringing, I have decided it is time to let others enjoy some of my collection too.  Most of the albums I am  selling have been in my personal collection for over 25 years.

Four releases by R.E.M.

Chronic Town - This is a first reissue from 1982.  It has some wear on the cover especially around the edges. The vinyl looks nice.  Nightswimming - Picture Disc from 1993 is a UK release and is in VG+ shape.  Near Wild Heaven 7" from 1991 is a European release and is in VG+ condition.  There is also a 45 of Everybody Hurts b/w Mandolin Rain from 1993.  It came with just a plain sleeve but it's is NM condition.
