We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. both sides contain more or less non-stop music.
Since there's no track list, what was actually played? According to the 'FAN MAN', "they played a long, orchestral suite called '200 Motels'", and according to Michael Gula, "that composition was really a hodge-podge, containing parts of what is now 'Bogus Pomp' along with themes of a number of Zappa tunes that were weeded out". Themes can be recognised from "Envelopes", "Holiday in Berlin", "A Pound for a Brown on the Bus", "The Duke of Prunes", "Who Needs the Peace Corps", "The Eric Dolphy Memorial Barbeque", "Oh No" and 200 Motels. The vinyl original of this was the first Zappa bootleg record ever released, and despite the record number, the first Trademark of Quality release. Some report that first pressing TMOQ runs were on red vinyl, later runs on black and in various covers.
The title appears to have been stamped (as in rubber stamped) on in dark blue ink. The label itself is just white with the large numbers "1" and "2." The entry for this album reads:
The suite for rock group and orchestra. (Recorded live at UCLA, Los Angeles) (This album is different from the motion picture soundtrack of the same name)

CONDITION: The cover: Rated: thick white block print is solid rated: VG+ only as age discoloration at far right near pocket, otherwise flat & square with 4 sharp corners. The seams are solid, no seam splits, no faded colors, no bends, no writing ...
The vinyl: Rated: "EX" (excellent) RED transparent VINYL ... overall full of bright shine and overall played very enjoyable here - and should for you as well. Both TMOQ labels are in solid shape, no writing or dirt/soil.
