RED NORVO's Fabulous Jam Session
EX/EX Used Vinyl Record
Record Label: Dial 903
1954. Rare heavy vinyl pressing with deep groove, flat edge. Red Square on cover with album info. Gold foil lettering. Legendary 1945 recording originally for Comet Records, generally acknowledged by critics and musicians alike to have been one of the outstanding sessions of all time!
Condition: Heavy board, textured record cover shows almost no wear in front, but ring wear on back. Gold foil lettering is shiny and in great shape. Spine is solid. Top and bottom both have the beginnings of a split... maybe a quarter inch at the record opening opposite the spine. Otherwise, both are solid. Vinyl has light scuffs and hairlines but plays great. Side one, in particular is VERY nice... almost no noise. Side two has one problem area in track three... there is a noticeable recurring pop on track 3 on side two, "Slam Slam Blues." Otherwise, the record is in wonderful shape.
