Description
For sale is a 1985 release of Freaky Styley by The Red Hot Chili Peppers (EMI America, ST-17168).
This edition of Freaky Syley is an original 1985 pressing which has a Promotional Stamp on the upper right corner of the cover. The stamp is numbered 007371.
The back cover features lyrics (maybe a poem?) written around the outer edge that is likely penned by Anthony Kiedis. Kiedis signed his autograph below and to the left of the picture of him with a squiggle line leading from the signature up to his head.
The lyrics, written in marker, read:
"My man did me right, baby. Do the right on swallow the bomb and fart it out of space in the world's face with a smile."
Across the center is written:
"Jon - Holy Free Loliosilolo"
CONDITION:
Disc is in VG+ Condition with some light handling wear and a few scuffs that produce very faint pops and light hiss here and there, nothing overwhelming but worth mentioning. Most of the album is closer to EX, and the play improves on inner tracks.
Jacket is in VG++ Condition with some noticeable wear around the edges, some scuffs on the covers.
