Description
Origin Jazz Library 2, "Really! The Country Blues 1927-33". Blue-label vinyl play-grades at NM with obvious 78 RPM static on most tracks. Medium-weight Folkways-style jacket is in excellent condition with no seamwear; there is a corner bump at upper left and very slight corner wear at bottom right. Lyrics and descriptive notes are included on the back in the liner notes. Artists include Tommy Johnson, Son House, Sam Collins, George Bullet Williams, Henry Sims, Buster Johnson, Henry Thomas, Garfield Akers, William Moore, Sonny Boy and Pals, Ishman Bracey, and Skip James (in a "Devil Got My Woman" take). Shipping is $4.00 media mail, $7.00 priority mail in the continental U.S.; $15.00 airmail for Europe, Australia, Japan, and Korea; elsewhere inquire. Insured priority shipping required for Italy and Brazil. Additional LPs in one package are $1.00 per extra LP in the U.S. and Canada, $3.00 per extra LP overseas. I dislike low-quality packaging as much as other eBayers do, so individual records will be shipped in special, handcrafted mailers unlike the usual type in three ways: (1) They are significantly larger all around and padded around the edges to prevent corner bumps to the jacket; (2) they are padded on both sides of the record with styro sheets or thick cardboard sheets to prevent damage to the record surface; (3) they are constructed of heavier-duty cardboard than normal mailers to provide further protection. All used LPs are shipped with record securely inside an inner sleeve but outside the jacket to prevent seam splitting in transit; our innovative padded packaging will prevent seam splitting for new, sealed LPs. The end product is designed to withstand a drop from a second-story window with no damage (though I will not test it with your package). No record should arrive in a condition worse than described! Multiple LPs are shipped in BagsUnlimited pizza-style boxes that are larger around than LPs and will also be well padded. Used LPs are play-graded on a VPI turntable with Audioquest tonearm.
