Description
Unplayed copy of Classic Records reissue (limited edition for alto) of "The Royal Ballet Gala Performances", Ernest Ansermet conducting the Royal Opera House Orchestra of Covent Garden (ROHOCG). The performance was recorded in 1959, recording was done by the genious Kenneth Wilkinson. While this is the remake of the very scarce original pressing it is on par with the latter (I had two copies of the original but, unfortunately too early, sold them many years ago). I have been keeping the Classic Records edition since I bought it but have never played it, just opening it for inspection. Records weigh 180 gram each.
In the near future I will list many great records, many TAS selected super records. Those records have been collected this the 90s but will be sold because I have fewer time to listen plus need space. They have been preserved very well over the time and will be offered AFTER listening throughout and cleaning them before with a Kuzma record cleaning machine.
