Description

An Original early shaded dog 1S/1S stereo pressing of the very desireable Ballet Music from the Opera.  RCA Living Stereo LSC 2400.  The Paris Conservatoire Orchestra conducted by Anatole Fistoulari performs Dance of the Moorish Slaves from Verd's Aida, the Bacchanale from Saint Saens' Samson and Delilah, the Passo and Soldiers' Dance from Rossini's William Tell and Dances of the Persian Slaves from Moussorgsky's Khovantchina.

RECORD:  This Original first pressing is in nice condition.  There are a few hairlines and scuffs, but the record plays very well with some minor surface noise in spots.  No skips or loud repetitive tics; just some occasional surface noise.  I rate the record as NM-.  A stunning performance

JACKET:  Nice clean crisp corners; the beginning of a split at the top seam at the opening.  Minor ringwear on the rear of the jacket.

I try to grade records accurately. Most records are play graded.

Quoted shipping in the domestic U.S. is by Media Mail. Quoted international shipping is by USPS first class international mail. Heavier packages must be shipped by USPS International Priority mail. I prefer to combine shipping to save costs. Generally in the U.S. each additional record adds about $.60 to the shipping charge. On international shipments, each additional record generally adds about $4 to the shipping charge. All shipping will be quoted at the end of the listing(s). Records are shipped in heavy cardboard mailers designed specifically for LP's with bubble wrap or cardboard inserts for protection.

If you feel that my description of the record is inaccurate in some respect, you can return the record for a refund of the full purchase price (less shipping).

If you want a record held for future shipping, please email me so I know that is your intention. I prefer that you pay for the record at the time of purchase since ebay charges me at the time the sale closes.

If you have any questions about the record, please ask them before the auction closes. I will assume that all bidders know what they are bidding on and I will not accept returns becuase the buyer bid by mistake etc.
