You are looking at an authentic, original, and highly desirable vinyl Lp record album on quality vinyl at 33 1/3 rpm and is not to be missed! Here we have an outstanding and original RCA Living Stereo LSC 1817 conducted by Arthur Fiedler. Record has 5S/5S Indy stampers. Record is in gorgeous near mint minus minus condition on Side 1 (where most of the great music on this record is on) and is in about very good to very good plus condition on Side 2 with some non audible sleeve scuffs. There are 2 marks on Side 2 which sound with some light pops but the music is so dynamic and loud that they are hardly noticeable at all. Without a doubt one of the very greatest of the RCA Living Stereo records and one of the greatest sounding records in all of recorded classical music...ever! One of Jonathan Valin's favorite RCA Living Stereo records he has this to say about this wonderful record, "Supremely lively, vivid sound, and a performance that is nonpareil. Pfeiffer and Chase's spot-on recording and the superb playing of the BPO bring all of the energy of the piece to incandescent life. Sid Marks of The Absolute Sound called this disc one of the greatest records ever made -- and the greatest of the early stereo period. I agree."
