These recordings were originally issued on LP in mono only in 1957; the stereo LP arrived in 1958. This tape was announced as a new release in October of 1958, and its last appearance was in RCA's 1961 catalog, after which all 2-tracks were discontinued, so this was a short-lived issue!

These two selections were part of the collection entitled "Vienna" on LP issue LSC-2112. The LP, of course, included other items as well. The other selections appeared on 2-track tape on ACS-63 and ACS-87.
The tape is in excellent condition; its box shows only minor shelf wear, but also some staining on front and spine, and discoloration where someone attempted to clean off the stains (see photos).
