Extremely RARE Canadian indie metal lp from RAZOR!
Wow!! Here's one for you serious thrash/speed metal fans! The almost impossible to find 1st independant record release by Canadian speed metal legends RAZOR titled "Armed and Dangerous". This was released on Voice Records in 1984 and is said that only 1000 copies were pressed. Even more interesting is the fact that this is a high grade copy to boot! That's right the vinyl is in nmint- condition with maybe the tinyest scuff to keep it from nmint with nmint labels. The jacket is in stunning shape with just the slightest hint of ringwear on the front and just a bit on the back cover, more towards the top which is almost impossible NOT to find on a BLACK cover. Also on the front is several light creases, 3 on the spine, one on the bottom right corner, all which are less than 1/2 inch and really are hard to see (refer to scan) as they don't break the colour of the black. Also, to the left of the R in the Razor title is a faint crease about one inch long but again, hard to see but I do point out these things to be honest! Even with the things I pointed out, the cover still is sweet and still has a great shine to it and looks fantastic!! I only have seen this up once before and it was not in as nice shape and the person did not mention that they had the original LYRIC SLEEVE picture insert which, guess what?, I do have and its in nmint shape with NO creases or rips, it still gives off a nice bright shine!! I have to say that you would be hard-pressed to find a much better copy than this, possibly the best out there as I don't think many of these have survived in the last 20 years since there was only 1000 pressed to begin with and since RAZOR never became a popular band where people would have kept their lps as potential collector's items.This is a great find for fans of RAZOR and also of Slayer, Metallica and Venom as that is who they are compared to! Don't miss out!!
