COVER CONDITION Excellent to Mint minus (EX to M-), The flipback sleeve is in great condition with slight wear and has "display cover-not for sale" stamped on the back.
RECORD CONDITION Excellent to Mint minus (EX to M-) the record looks great with only some light scuffs and the labels look great with a small number 34 sticker which should soak off (see scan).
GENERAL COMMENTS This one of the rarest Australian EP's to find. This would probably be your only chance of a finding a copy this clean. I will be listing hundreds of rare 45's over the coming months and records will only be sent registered mail .
