On offer here is an EXTREMELY RARE original UK APPLE issue of “In Concert 1972” double album featuring INDIAN instrumentalists, RAVI SHANKAR and ALI AKBAR KHAN.  This album was recorded at a concert held in New York City during October 1972, and is a notable example of the jugalbandi (duet) style of playing.  It was dedicated to USTAD ALLAUDDIN KHAN who had recently passed away.

side 1: VG-, some underlying surface noise/crackle & occasional (but very infrequent) light pops are evident

side 2: VG+ to VG++ sounds highly acceptable despite some underlying surface noise (insignificant for the most part), also heard a few insignificant pops in one small area (10 secs)

side 3: EX sounds superb overall despite some completely insignificant underlying surface noise.  A HIGHLY ENJOYABLE LISTENING EXPERIENCE!

side 1: VG to VG++, sounds highly acceptable overall despite some underlying surface noise/crackle & few insignificant pops (mainly heard in the first few minutes)
