THIS IS the ORIGINAL press of :
PRINCE FAR I "Message from the King"
This is the extremely rare UK CARIB GEM pre-release of what was later issued on FRONT LINE / VIRGIN.
After the succes of Prince Far I "Psalms for I" album on CARIB GEM (CG LP 1002), this same company got the "Message from the King" LP and edited it on this pre-release blank (CG LP 1003), for DJ only, pressed on a very small quantity and edited on a blank sleeve as well.
A few months later Prince Far I actually signed a contract with Front Line (Virgin) which finally released it in numerous quantity.
One of the greatest Far I albums with heavier than lead rhythms and chants.
