I've been getting questions about Sadie Sadie & whether it's the fast or slow version. I'm not sure. This version is maybe mid tempo & falls more into the funk genre I'd say. There's also a wicked breakbeat in the middle of the song.
I didn't expect anything from this l.p. when I bought it but I liked the name of the musicians. The Ripple Blast Singers And Band. When I was young I drank plenty of Ripple & it reminded me of those days so I bought it. I saw a full bottle of Ripple sell for over $300.00 not long ago. You can't buy it any more & nobody saved any so now it's in demand. So, what we have here is a vinyl private pressing of The Ripple Blast Singers And Band Present Their Version Of The Smash Hit Musical Movie "Funny Girl" A La Soul. Songs are: People, Funny Girl, Don't Rain On My Parade, Sadie,Sadie, You Are Woman,I Am Man, I'd Rather Be Blue Over You, His Love Makes Me Beautiful & My Man. Sure was surprised when I played this. It's a damn good funky soul rarity. The cover is still in it's original sjrink wrap. The vinyl is visually ex. but I'll says vg++ to be conservative. I only played bits of the l.p. & not all the way through. What I heard sounded good. I only give refunds if my grading is not what I say it is so be sure you want this if you bid.

Records are removed from their covers and both are placed in a protective, clear plastic outer sleeve. It's a tried and true method that has never been improved upon.
