Description

Exotica fans!  This is the super rare "Man in Space with Sounds" LP (LP-55555, with spoken introductions) by Attilio Mineo which was only for sale at the 1962 Seattle World's Fair for a limited time.  This is an original issue, not a recent repress.  The LP appears to be completely unplayed and I believe it is an old store stock copy.  There is some water damage on the right side of the sleeve which has caused some rippling of the laminated cover.  There are no seam splits, ring wear or writing.  Even though the vinyl is mostly in pristine condition, there are a few very small, light marks on the vinyl that may cause ticks during play.

This is a seriously rare record that belongs in every electronic, exotic, moog, space age vinyl collection!  The primitive electronics used on this LP were created far in advance of the Moog synthesizer and other LPs created in the late 60s and early 70s.  Fans of Tom Dissevelt and Kid Baltan's "Song of the Second Moon", Dick Hyman's "Moon Gas" and Frank Comstock's "Project Comstock" will certainly enjoy this one.  U.S. bidders only, please.  Foreign bidders must contact me before bidding.
