Description

Here is a SUPER RARE VINTAGE SUN Records LP featuring Jerry Lee Lewis singing "Whole lotta Shakin' going on", Hank Williams "You win again" and "Breathless"! A very young Johnny Cash sings "I Walk the Line" and "Guess things happen that Way". Legendary rocker Carl Perkins performs his self penned tunes "Boppin' the Blues"and "Blue Suede Shoes" (Elvis Presley also recorded Carl's song while at Sun and both were hits for Sun owner Sam Philips). This album also features the cool instrumental song "Raunchy" by Bill Justis, "Lonely weekend" by Charlie Rich and MORE!!   This IS the Original 1st pressing released in 1960 featuring the heavy rigid disc and MICROGROOVE Sun labels in MONO, this album is 55 years old and has been loved but also well cared for! The vinyl rates a strong VG+, is clean and very glossy, has some light marks on both sides, nothing heavy, has been well cared for! PLAY TESTED, plays excellent from start to finish, minimal surface noise, a very enjoyable listen! The cover rates EX, front is clean and has gloss, edges have minimal wear and binder edge is EX and readable, has bumps on lower corners, seams have no splits, no tape, back has a couple super faint spot stains, minimal age discoloration, a great cover! A RARE play worthy, hard to find SUN RECORDS relic!
