This rare 1980 Chrysalis Records test pressing was manufactured by Columbia Record Productions, Santa Maria, California.
Visually graded condition of the vinyl (which is a bit flimsy like an old 70's RCA "Dynaflex" album) is VG++ with one scratch we could see.  
Cover has a copy of the work order taped to the front.
12- inch disc is not warped, cracked, or chipped, and plays at 33 rpm.
