I am offering for sale an extremely rare demo disc from Marc Bolan's embryonic T.Rex It's the first one I have had the privilidge of owning and I doubt very much if I will ever see another, I have just played it and it plays quite clearly all the way through with minimal surface noise and no nasty skips or anything else to spoil the listening, visually there are many surface marks on the vinyl but these are light theres nothing that spoils the sound, the A-side label has some visible wear on the middle dink where the paper has rubbed of and a small tear, B-side label is OK, has "Demonstration record Not For Sale" and release date: 17.1.69 on both sides, I have graded this around G/VG minus but it does play well, comes in a 1960's Fontana 'Page One' paper sleeve, I don't know exactly how few of these were ever pressed but I'm positive there won't be many around now and being a first Demo featuring Marc Bolan it's rarity is probably sky high
