I didn't see one of these on EBAY, so I'm assuming it's RARE. I know nothing about record collecting but I'll do my best to discribe it.
RED on WHITE label
It reads: Swan SHE LOVES YOU (Lennon-McCartney) THE BEATLES S-4152-S Gil Music Corp. BMI DON"T DROP OUT Time: 2:18
Flip Side is the same except for: I'LL GET YOU . Northern Music Ltd. , ASCAP . Time: 2:04
I don't have a record player so I acn't say how it sounds....There is a light smudge scuff on the I'LL GET YOU SIDE, but nothing deep, the grooves don't appear to be affected and I don't think it will skip. That's about all I can say for now. If you have any other questions Just Ask :-)

Stamped in the SHE LOVES YOU tailoff reads: MASTERING RECO-ART PHILA. S - 4 1 5 2 - S -1 (the -1 looks hand inscribed) after that I think there is an A 1.
The I'LL GET YOU SIDE reads the same, except the #s are: S - 4 1 5 2 - I
