Description
This is a copy of a terrific single by The Revels: "Rampage" b/w "Comanche" on the Impact label (7-IMX). Released in 1962. The A side label says that "Rampage" is a live recording, made at the opening of the Colleseum (sic) in Jacksonville, Florida. The B side was made famous in the 1994 film, Pulp Fiction, directed by Quentin Tarantino--but that was not the first appearance of this song in a film. The B side label says that "Comanche" is the Detoured Theme from the motion picture The Exiles, which is a remarkable film from 1961, directed by Kent MacKenzie, which details in the cinema-verite style the lives of urban Native Americans.
Record is in VG+ condition. Some minor label wear, but no writing or tears. Just a sticker on the B side. Vinyl looks great. Plays loud through some minor surface noise.
