Another rare soul album, this was issued in 1965 on UA and has some great tracks throughout. Visually there are light hairline marks dotted about, but also three deeper marks on tracks A6 & A7. Aurally there are some pops present on some of the tracks sounding as follows: A1 is a piano led soul track sounding a light crackle and pops, A2 is a northern number playing fine, A3 is a slowie ballad sounding crackle and pops, A4 is a harmonious ballad with a few pops, A5 has crackle and pops at the start being a nice beat soul track with a strong harmonious/ northern feel, also sounding a light crackle on the guitar sections, A6 is another beat soul track, with a light crackle at the start, a couple of pops in the middle and a couple on the end fade, A7 is a gospel edged soul ballad sounding crackle which fades to the background. Side two starts with another upbeat soul track, with crackle at the start with a couple of pops, B2 is a nice gospel soul ballad that crackles/ hisses with a cluster of pops in the middle, B3 is a nice soul number that plays fine, B4 is a ballad with background crackle and a few pops dotted about, B5 is pop soul track, B6 sounds a couple of pops at the start and B7 is a gospel edged soul ballad with a light crackle at the start and one pop in the middle. The cover is pretty clean and nice as can be seen in the pictures.
