Unknown rare soul acetate by Funk Bunch - 1970's 10 inch psych guitar HEAR

NOTES: This is a completely unknown 10 inch 1 sided acetate by a group called Funk Bunch. Labels show a New York label, but record was found in Los Angeles area, so not really sure where this group originated from. The sound is clearly early 1970's with influences from Sly and the Family Stone (There's a Riot Going On era), Funkadelic, James Brown, and Wilson Pickett. It is a 1 sided acetate with 2 tracks and a locked groove between tracks. The first track is more upbeat soul in a Wilson Pickett or even Otis Redding style. The second track is the major find, in my opinion. A deeply stoned slightly off-kilter funky sound with James Brown style vocals. Although the track starts off slowly, it keeps evolving musically/vocally and around 2:30 a psychedelic electric guitar enters the picture. I definitely hear Sly Stone and early Funkadelic influence on this track. This track has a late night spaced jam feel by musicians who shared similar taste in underground funk music of the era. I am sure that smoke filled the room as they recorded this!
About the condition: the good news is the record plays through with no skips or sticks. There are many scattered small scratches that cause consistent crackling, but not overbearing in my opinion. I have only attempted the most basic cleaning on this acetate by carefully removing dust with a brush - I did not use any liquid cleaner as I feared that could possibly cause more damage to the sensitive acetate surface.
About the price: Yeah, it's high but this is one of a kind. I will consider serious offers, and I will value offers more from established buyers who have a solid history of feedback. I will ship outside of United States for the right kind of trustworthy buyer.

GRADES: SEALED, NM, EXC, VG+, VG, VG-, G, FAIR, POOR.
I grade strictly under bright light. My highest grade for an unsealed record is NM (NEAR MINT) - a record must look like new to be graded NM! An EXC record will show only slight signs of prior play. A VG+ is a solid used record that should play well but has minor visual flaws. A VG has more obvious flaws BUT is not trashed. Records graded VG- or worse will often play much better than they look.
