ROLLING STONES: BEGGARS BANQUET ORIGINAL DECCA STEREO TEST PRESSING(FACTORY/DEMONSTRATION SAMPLE).

Please note that a test pressing should not be confused  with a "WHITE LABEL": the latterwas usually produced in quantities of few hundreds as a pre-release promotional tool,whereas a test pressing was only made in tiny quantities-usually less than 10-for the artists themselves to evaluate.This pressing,only an handful can exist,would have been used by the record company to send a "factory sample" to the members of the groups and the producer in order to check that the volume,sequence,etc were all O.K.in their opinion before the manifacture of the actual record. Indeed the labels bears the words"this pressing is not necessaryrapresentativeof the finished record andmust not be used for review purpose: So although the tracksare are all in the same order,it may well soundshightly different for commercial release.

Vinyl: Excellent, clear bright vinyl only under a strong light at 45°you can see very few superficial signs that don't affect the sound

SLEEVE: laminated gatefold sleeve with very light splitting on the spine. There is also a very slight wear to the corners, but no stains,marks or writings.

LABELS: excellent. Blank sample labels with hand-written details.

SOUND I've just listened the records with my headphones and with 220w Technics amplifier and you can listen great stereo sound. Even in the silent space no background noise.

                                              EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played,but there is very little

                                                                         lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear/or

                                                                         creasing

                                              VERY GOOD The record has obviously been played many times,but displays no major deterioration

                                                                       in sound quality,despite noticeable surface marks and occasional light scratch. Normal

                                                                       tear on the cover or extra items,without any major defects, is acceptable
