Extremely scarce private-press psych/garage rock 45 on Princeton Records: Slapneck 1943 b/w Without Crying by The French Church. Issued in the late 1960s in very limited numbers, this single has become a cult collectible among psychedelic and garage rock enthusiasts. Original blue-label pressing with Princeton Records box address.
This copy comes from the private collection of a Detroit disc jockey. As with many genuine DJ-owned discs, there may be subtle signs of provenance, such as label taping or faint etched years, the kind of authentic markings that show this record was actively spun during its era to bring brand-new underground sounds to young listeners.
Condition:
Vinyl grades VG with visible scuffs and handling marks but retains solid gloss. Labels show minor wear consistent with age but remain legible. Plays through with light surface noise, no skips — still a powerful listen for this ultra-rare title.
