Recently purchased a large, mostly 80's metal record collection running the gamut from glam to thrash. I will be listing several of them in batches between all the other goodies I have in stock. Lots of desirable rarities and favorites from labels like Megaforce, Combat and New Renaissance. Condition range from GOOD to EXCELLENT with many having fan pattern markings (from record changer/stacker) that go from light brushmarks to hard scuffs. They will all be play-tested before being listed with details on how the record played. Keep looking if you crave the metal!


Hard-to-find LP from Metalwolf titled "Down To The Wire" self-released by Meta Records (META 1169) in 1986. Original private pressing from Philadelphia, PA area heavy metal band whose sound was influenced by early Dokken and Ratt. Melodic metal with some excellent shredding and slight glam leanings. Includes proper inner sleeve with photos and lyrics.

Labels are in EXCELLENT condition. Vinyl record is in GOOD+ visual condition but plays much better than it looks with light fan pattern shadowing, hairline brushmark scratches and a couple of surface scuffs from record changer/stacker. The vinyl plays with some surface crackle at beginning of sides but quiets down to lighter, non-distracting background noise that's barely noticed with occasional tics...no skips and retains full-fidelity...still sounds great! Cover is in VG condition with some wear at corners, some edgewear, partial ringwear and some surface wear...no splits or writing. Custom printed inner sleeve has a small split at center of one edge. NO RESERVE. Winner pays $4.00 media mail in the U.S. Priority mail and insurance are available at buyers expense.
