This auction is for a scarce 3 LP Gatefold Album of Pink Floyd - World Tour (1987).  The labels on these albums have 1986 listed but the first show in this tour was not until September 1987 so that is some stoner that forgot to change the year or something.  The back of the cover says 1987 and the show that this is recorded from was the 1st show on the tour in 1987.  The track info is on picture 3.  The sound quality for this 3 record set is excellent.  There is an occasional light crackle or pop from dust as is expected on vinyl of this type.  This is not a soundboard recording but a recording from the crowd.  The music is loud and clear with great quality (actually brilliant concert sound quality for a crowd recording) and you also get to hear some crowd noise and reaction to what is happening on stage.  To me it sounds like a soundboard recording with the crowd noise turned up about 20% louder than normal.  If you want to go to a Pink Floyd Concert in 1986 but haven't figured out how to go back in time this is the closest thing to it.  The grading:  Cover: Very Good with minor surface wear and the record had caused a wavy wear spot clearly seen in picture 3.  The 3 original inner sleeves are present and in poor to good condition.  These are cheap plain white inner sleeves that came with the album originally.  The 3 vinyl records are in Excellent + condition and have minor surface particles/dust (needs a good record cleaning), labels are great.  I have close-up pictures of all record sides and labels just email and I will send the pics as they only allow 12 pics on here.  Matrix Numbers: PF9987A / PF9987B / PF9987C / PF9987D / PF9987E / PF9987F.  Blackbird Records (Amazing Stork Records).

Each vinyl record (from open records) will be shipped in Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab high quality inner sleeves. (They will have the original sleeves included as well except as were specifically mentioned). The MFSL Sleeves are imported, three-ply, anti-static, premium sleeves (similar to rice paper). Back Construction consists of a paper layer sandwiched between two sheets of high density polyethylene (HDPE) with a translucent HDPE front. The MFSL inner sleeves and any original inner sleeves & album extras mentioned in auction will then be put in a thick Japanese type resealable bag.
