Description
Here is a beautiful copy of a hard to find single by Veronica: "Why Don't They Let Us Fall in Love" b/w "Chubby Danny D." (Phil Spector 2). Released in 1964. Veronica is, of course, Veronica (Ronnie) Spector, of the girl group The Ronettes. Other issues have the label errors, with the A side listed as "Why Can't They Let Us Fall in Love" and the B side listed as "Cubby Danny D." This is the later, corrected issue.
This is the second single issued on the Phil Spector label (a subsidiary of Philles Records). The first was another Veronica single, "So Young
b/w "Larry L."
Record is in VG+ condition but has a fine crack, about 2-3 centimeters long, at the outer groove. Does not affect play. If there is a pop, it's lost in the surface noise, which is minor. Plays loud and strong. Labels are clean with no writing, stickers, or tears. Vinyl has a few light paper scuffs.
