Early made in the USA black & gold label MONO pressing, NO stereo release exists. THREE (3) LP box set, includes also the original inner sleeves with the program on it, the booklet and the limited edition sticker. #703 of a limited edition of 5000. The box is a bit tatty and VG++ vinyls, some marks etc.
