A rare copy of "Outward Bown" from The Alan Bown! released through Music Factory records in 1968. This is the outfit that launched Robert Palmer (and gave him his name) and Elkie Brooks. When Robert Palmer joined the band he had always been known as Alan Palmer through his days with Mandrake, but Alan Bown said 'We can't have two Alan's', so Alan Palmer used his middle name and became Robert Palmer. I digress again. This copy is a Mono recording and is in reasonably good condition with both sides showing plenty of evidence of use with only one mark that would cause me some concern on the last track of side one. The cover is of the fold-over construction and is in remarkably good condition with no splits or tears and very little creasing.
A fine copy for any collector.
