ULTRA-RARE!! Original UK copy of the 1968 album by the Idle Race " Birthday Party"(Blue Liberty LBS 83132E)Stereo. This is simply one of the best-ever albums released in the "psych-Prog" category!! The Idle Race, featuring Jeff Lynne(Pre-ELO etc), released this fantastic album containg REAL GEMS as "Skeleton & The Roundabout", "End Of The Road" plus many superb tracks. Didn't sell well at the time, but now recognised as a truly great, under-rated LP!! This copy I am selling is in ABSOLUTE MINT CONDITION!! It's simpy the BEST COPY that I've come across- ever!! The vinyl is in lovely, crisp, shiny conditon, with NO SPINDLE MARKS whatsoever, the (gatefold) sleeve is in SHOP CONDITION!! As you can see from the scans, the sleeve concept is made to look like an invitation to a Birthday Party, and opens out to reveal the "Guests"!! The sleeve looks UNTOUCHED!! BID WITH CONFIDENCE!! This album, shockingly rare to find, is in superb condition.No reserve.
