"Dock" Boggs, Hard Luck Blues/New Prisoner's Song (Vocalion 5144) (1927).
The only coupling by Boggs to be released on Vocalion, and arguably the rarest of the issues from his historic 1927 session.
Visually G+, with many scr. Plays above grade: New Prisoner's Song more like V-, with occasional slight distortion and some swishing; Hard Luck Blues V- or a little better, with no distortion. No digs or skips. Label wear both sides.
