Ohio Garage with Extremely Rare Picture Sleeve

This is an amazing find. I bought this for the sleeve, and yet I find out it is really tuff early Ohio garage, great stuff.  

What you get here is a really nice example of Ohio garage on the rare Alco label. Record is probably VG+ with some vinyl scuffs and scratches, but this plays nice at Ex+.

Sleeve is a glossy hard paper sleeve and shows some bends and wrinkling. Because of the hard glossy paper,these show in the photo, There are no stains, no tears, the sleeve has some minor age browning but is really very nice.

To top it off, this sleeve is AUTOGRAPHED by all original members of the band plus the manager!

While this record can be found, the picture sleeve, especially one this clean, with the autographes, is an exception. It is extremely rare. I just happened to be in the right time, right place. I estimate that there are less than 10 of these sleeves in collectors hands, if that. And none of them are in this condition, most are stained or torn, with heavy wear.
