DISC Nice looking grooves! Great shine! Has general play wear and some bubbles are in the pressing. Some light hairlines but looks good! SLEEVE has some light general wear, some creasing, some light bubbles in lamination- looks nice!
PRESSING DESCRIPTION:Black/yellow labels with silver lettering. “The Parlophone Co. Ltd.” printed at the start perimeter print. “Recording first published 1964? and “Sold in U.K. subject…” text.
This is for original pressings only with track A7 titled as just "Kansas City" (Lieber-Stoller)
Later pressings had to be retitled for legal reasons.
The original LP sleeve and the label listed the song as "Kansas City" (Lieber-Stoller).
After the attorneys for Venice Music complained, the record label was revised to read:
"Medley: (a) Kansas City (Leiber/Stoller) (P)1964 Macmelodies Ltd./KPM. (b) Hey, Hey, Hey, Hey (Penniman) Venice Mus. Ltd. (P)1964."
