This auction is for a very special box set of Serato Scratch Live control records. They are UNUSED. Only 250 sets were available WORLDWIDE, and only available from one American retailer. They were NOT available in Australia, so buying these makes you likely to be one of only a handful of people in Australia to own these records. I will also have a WHITE pair for sale soon.
They are the ultimate in Scratch Live control records, offering one side of the Serato timecode like a regular control record, but flip the record over and there is a side of unskippable scratch sentences, tones and samples, offering a versatility that no other record can give you. They are a dream for anybody who plays out and likes to scratch, you'll only ever have to take 2 records with you, and it can add to your performance by speeding it up. One record was opened to take a picture but it has not been used.
The set consists of a black Stokyo box, 2 records+ sleeves, and 2 Dr Suzuki slipmats. I kept a pair and they are by far my favourite slipmats I've owned, I prefer them to butter rugs etc.
