Description

Here is a RARE Jazz PROMO album from my collection offered up for sale:  Sweet Brazilian singer Astrud Gilberto's 1968 album "Windy". This is a promotional 1st pressing by Verve Records V 6-8754 (Mono), has special yellow "Disc Jockey" labels, cover has "property of WNIU-AM" stamp on back. Album features Astrud's smooth Jazz version of The Beatles "In My Life", "Never My Love" and title track (everyone Knows it's) "Windy" plus the melancholy "Where Are They Now".
The vinyl rates NEAR MINT, is super clean and glossy, just a couple small very light marks to a pristine looking disc, looks rarely played! PLAY TESTED, plays excellent from start to finish! The labels have only a few spindle marks, one side has sticker remnant. 
The cover rates EX, is clean and bright, has great color image art with minimal ring wear, minimal age discoloration, all seams solid, no splits, no tape, binder edge is EX and readable, back has a small tear/missing slick at top opening and a pen signature. (see all photos)
Will be shipped in a plastic sleeve in a record mailing box with tracking. Vinyl will be shipped in paper sleeve outside cover to prevent cover splits.
