Up for grabs is this INCREDIBLY RARE slab of modern soul/funk from Augusta, GA 1980!  Everyone is familiar with the Fantastic first record from this group "Since I Found My Baby" which is in constant rotation amongst the DJs, but how many copies of their equally excellent second 45 have you seen/heard?  Well today is your opportunity to get your hands on the best copy I have ever run across.  I believe this 45 to be even more difficult to find than their first and you won't be disappointed with this one.  It is an original copy that I personally obtained in Augusta, GA during a record hunting trip.  This record appears to have barely ever been played.  I have only played it twice since it came into my possession and one of those was to make the attached sound clip.  Please give it a listen and decide for yourself if this one is a keeper or not.  The soundclip was taken directly from the 45 with no filters, modifications, etc.  As for the grading on this one, I give it a conservative VG++ simply because the vinyl does show a weird factory (?) scuff across the "That's Love" side.  There are also a couple of barely visible (and only under bright light) paper scuffs.  Trust me that once you get this copy you will have absolutely no reason to search for an upgrade if it is even possible to get one.  DO NOT MISS OUT on this VERY RARE GEM!
