Various Artists - Happy Birthday - Meher Baba Association MBO 1 (UK) 1970 vinyl is VG+ (some light sleeve scuffs still has nice shiny gloss plays great with a couple minor pops) plain white label center with a sticker that say made in England. Outside cover is VG+ (bit of ring wear, old price sticker residue a couple edge dings inside booklet and lyrics inserts are NM- inner gatefold has Meher information stamp with Berkely California Address and butterfly sticker. Overall nice copy.

This insanely rare compilation LP was pressed in 1970 in extremely small quantities to commemorate the birthday of hindu guru Meher Baba. A good deal of this LP is performances by Pete Townshend of The Who (probably the most vocal advocate of Meher Baba) including a positively beautiful rendition of Cole Porter's "Begin The Beguine" (Baba's favorite song). Other contributions include one track by Ronnie Lane of The Faces / Small Faces & one track by Roger Waters collaborater Ron Geesin.
