Personal checks must clear before shipment can be made. WeSell takes packaging and shipping very seriously. Products are packaged by our WeSell shipping director. Understandably, items carry a nominal handling charge. We use the handling charge to cover our shipping department cost, packaging materials, fuel charges , boxes and labels. Breakable items MUST be insured. Shipping discounts apply for multiple purchases. Inquire for world wide shipping costs. We have a daily pickup with UPS and USPS Shipments are sent out on Tuesday's and Thursdays. UPS or Priority Mail will be used unless otherwise noted in item description. If an item is needed rush, please advise and we will do our best to ship upon receipt of payment. ALL items are available for FREE PICK UP!

We take a great deal of pride in our packaging, as noted in our feedback. But no matter how hard we try, nothing is safe from the brutal handling of some delivery carriers. Therefore we CAN NOT be held responsible for uninsured items.

Feedback Policy
We work very hard to provide exceptional service to our customers and hope that you will be delighted with the merchandise in our auctions. However, if you are disappointed for any reason, please contact us before leaving feedback in order to give us the opportunity to resolve your issue. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. Therefore, we work with our customers in order to get a satisfactory result.

Return Information
All returns must be authorized by WeSell. Return of defective items will be at the expense of WeSell including full refund of bid price and shipping fees. Proof of defect or damage will be required before refunds are made. If you decide you do not want an item, it may be returned at buyers expense and a credit will be issued towards your next purchase from WeSell. Item must be returned undamaged in original packing within 5 days of receipt. This return/refund policy does not apply to items sold as is. Vintage and used items are sold "As Is" but will be stated as to working or not working condition. JEWELRY RETURN: Jewelry returned to WeSell is subject to appraisal at the expense of the buyer. Appraisal fees vary depending on complexity and value of the jewelry piece but generally are between 45 and 95 dollars. If our jewler determines the item has not been tampered with, WeSell will follow our standard return policy. Return of items with a serial number: No refund will be made on items that are returned with serial numbers not matching up with our records.
