FRAMED JAMIE REID ANNIVERSARY SIGNED EDITION – THE SEX PISTOLS - GOD SAVE THE QUEEN.
This is a stunning Navy Blue & Silver negative version of the iconic silkscreen limited edition print produced for the Artificial Gallery exhibition in 1997 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Sex Pistols God Save The Queen single release. Only 350 of these signed prints were produced.
The print is numbered 302 of 350 and is signed by Jamie Reid. It has the Artificial Gallery blind stamp which proves it’s an original.
Looks stunning. Size of print is 40" x 29" inches, Removed from frame and will be posted in a heavy duty tube.
The GSTQ signed prints are the most sought after of the 1997 collection, this print can be found hanging on the walls of many famous musicians and celebrities.
These iconic prints of the Queen with the Safety pin through her lip, or the torn-up Union jack of 'Anarchy in the UK' will always be classics. A lot of these prints/posters are now rightly seen as important statements of the time and have lost none of their relevance especially in today’s political climate.
